The suit being dropped over silver's rise is quite interesting... Where did you hear this? If so it would be because they've finished covering their shorts and going long...

IMO there never was any sign of any "manipulation" except for the accusation of manipulation and the publicity given to that accusation. If the SEC was honest it should prosecute those responsible for the false rumour which affected the price of silver and the silver stocks equally... (I really can't complain too much - I bought more PAASF on the dip and am showing a nice profit on it already)...
