Is this a serious proposal? I'd like some more information, if possible. I think large numbers of politicians will be tarred and feathered if this type of thing goes through.

I talked with the FCC last week and they said that they are not going to approve that internet phone charge scam from the local phone companies. They said it was killed last spring. They gave me a web page to go to but I didn't write it down. If you do a search you may find it.
