Exactly. Why doesn't anyone ask how it is possible for people in Congress or White House to become millionaires while in office? They don't make enough salary for that to happen, but it is a disturbingly familiar pattern that many of them DO become millionaires. That is only possible if they are committing crimes, by using their office to get paid through pay for play schemes. Where there is smoke, there is fire.
