I just read the proxy material last night and am dissapointed by what I read. It seems that somebody missed the boat on this one. I don't think anyone thought this stock would be this low at this time, just look at the first 2 voting items.

I for one am not sure how I will vote, I surely don't want 30,000,000 shares of potential stock dilution. If this happens we may never see good eps or a stock whose price is increasing! I haven't read the financials yet so am not sure about cash available should there be a need to buy back some of the options (only if items 2 and 3 are not voted on positively).

For the exhorbitant compensation that management is raking in, it seems that they should have been able to keep the stock price up to avoid the situation that we are currently in. It seems to be a damned if you do and damned if you don't scenario for us stockholders (voters). Any thoughts as to why one should vote one way or the other?

Long on QDEK? ;>(
