I am no longer in it but it is my understanding that there has been a buyout offer and you must go through your broker to say yea or nay to the offer. I think the proxy vote is real soon if it hasn't passed already.

Dusty-there has never been a reverse split on this stock so you will get about $1.80 back- The good new is that if you paid anything for this stock, the most you have invested is about $12- Since you have 300 shares, I assume you probably received the stock as a gift or because you subcribed to a penny stock newspaper-I've been in the stock for over 10 years, and have an average cost of .01 on 1.7 million shares-but I'm happy -cause its one less thing to worry about- have a good day-Gerry
