OK guys, let's take a look at what went on today. I guess before I start my analysis, eveyone should understand that I've been a bottom fisher in this stock since the end of 97.

Only the buyers of this stock are in trouble. The shorts and the puts should be in heaven. Look at the volume, 1,133,500 shares traded and obviously, there were more sellers than buyers. What the h*** do they know that the buyers don't know? I'm not buying into the premise that tomorrow's option expiration tells all.

If you're a CEO of a company that sees its stock go from 49 to 14, there is a inclination to come out and either defend its position or make statements that justify the debacle. What we have here is neither.

I am starting to believe that Akins and company have decided, for whatever reason, not to disclose the specifics on really what is going on here. But they have left it in the hands of the shorts and the puts who, obviously, know more than we do.

About a year ago I invested in a company called PMTI that was trying to get FDA approval. They announced, after much delay, that they received FDA approval. It turned out they did receive FDA approval, but not for the purpose they were seeking. What's incredible is that PMTI did not share this information with their shareholders for four weeks after the fact (and PMTI went from $18 to about $1). My gut tells me that Akins knows more than we know. If this is the case, I will personally walk down to their corporate offices, which are only 20 minutes from here, and grab him by the cock , (if I can find it), and throw him into the polluted lagoon into which he belongs.

Good luck to everyone, GOD, we need it.

Why would someone raise estimates this close to earnings if they were going to suck. I don't think they're that foolish. Any comments on this? TIA
