Good Evening,Frank -Here's Kurlak's Report dated 1/14....NEUTRAL..LT BUY..Intel corp..Outlook Still Soft ....Stock rallies on false hopes...No upturn appears imminent..Sales not growing...Sales decline in all markets except Europe..See flat Q1 sales..Down earnings expected in '98..Price cutting intensifying..Want me to go on? 5 straight quarters of flat sales and earnings.More rapid price reductions.Project down earnings year to year thru Q4 '98.The stock has recently rallied about 15%.stock likely to sell off in MY opinion.(TK)...Boy,could you get any bleaker.You'd think this report was Sybases' or AMD's.

Hi Frank, I was just kidding around with you playing piano for the Govt. It never occured to me that you are working for the Govt. I always thought that you were going to a studio or something. About the movie Titanic. I heard the movie lasts longer than the sinking of the ship. But whoever said that must not have taken into account that there was a lot going on before the actual fatal event. This movie theater sounds great. About John Glenn's space trip. I feel that we should send a whole spaceship with those analysts up there. Maybe they could learn what living in outer space actually is. Right now they are just imitating it. Sonny
