Of course, now the logical question becomes: if Zonagen had this "data", why hasn't it been made public?

Good Question. I do not have an answer. (Please do not come back with Zona is a fraud and a scam.) Time will tell. I hope that your #3 and #4 aren't more from Asensio. Judging from his PR I think he's had Zona in the crosshairs for quite sometime. And I'm sure he's not anywhere near done.

A point that I want to make. Patent litigation, press releases, scams and scandals have NOTHING to do with FDA approval(unless ZONA goes to zero and people get led off in handcuffs!) USUALLY, proven statistically and clinically significant benefit for a significant population of patients is what makes a drug get approval.

Now Bill I have a question for you. What in your mind figures as reasonable odds that SGP will dump Zona anytime in the near future?

For some reason I'm beginning to feel a little bolder today and will now speculate that the reason they have not responded to Asensio's claims and presented this data.

I would now speculate that it is because they do not want to jeopardize their NDA. The only things they would want to present in their favor are already publicly released documents.

Given your scenario, the only way out of this "scam" is to file an NDA. They cannot stall forever. (Flee the country maybe!). If it doesn't get approved all the longs will have their day in court. Presenting more false data would just make a better court case, why risk it? If they get up in public and say "sorry everybody this was all a joke!" They will all go to jail. Think about this.

I also have another question for you. Why would SGP want to back away quietly if they got duped? I would think they would want there money back and Zona 6 feet under. Just a thought.
