The market anticipates and naturally anticipation carries with it perception which is right sometimes and wrong sometimes. Last year CSCO went from 80 to 50 because the entire networking sector slowed down and companies were blowing up left and right. Cisco dropped because of a rising probability that Cisco would experience a hiccup. You say the market was wrong. True but the fact is that quarterly results are always at risk. Just because they made the numbers in retrospect doesn't mean there wasn't risk that quarter. They closed the deals, made the quarter and convinced everyone the growth was in tact so the stock went back up. But that didn't HAVE to happen. It could have turned out differently. Its all about probability and perception.

Will RMDY close deals, make the quarter and convince everyone long-term growth is in tact? That is very tough to say at this point but there probably isn't much risk from here if (when) they don't...
