EDF,

He probably did call the big sellers. Joe has a very difficult time in completing M&A's when the short termers constantly move the price from $1.50 up to $4.00 and back to $1.50 again. In some of your previous posts you have stated the times you have gotten in and out with one of your last posts stating you will be out again at $3.00. Its obvious you have done well with your moves and I can understand why you would like the volatility to continue. But I believe Joe has finally decided he will take the bull by the horn and do what the market has not been able to do and that is restore some stability to the stock price. There are ways to get rid of the SmarTalk stock without borrowing. This process is quite complicated and time consuming and IMO the cause of the delay in the 1st wave. I belive, Ernie, you are going to be disappointed if you have your heart set something other than a stock buyback. I do agree with your assesment on one of the waves relating to another acquisition. All of this is how I see things unfolding, in otherwords, its my SAWG only.

Best Regards
