All Mitchell did was establish that Feinstein suggested Katz to Ford. She pointed out that intermittent 5 minute questioning was not ideal. She got her lawyer to admit they paid for the lie detector test and are working pro bono. To someone only casually aware of what is going on, none of the above means anything. She was not proven to be a liar. She’s “brave and courageous” for doing her civic duty. She suffered greatly because of what Kavanaugh did to her and now it’s even worse because of all the death threats, having to move and the disruption to her life.
