Zoro....Thanks for your thoughts about the conference call. I recorded it, and have listened to it three times. Why three times...I had never met J.A. or heard him speak, so I was trying to form an opinion about his sincerity, honesty, straight forwardness, etc., and to try to get a clear picture of his strategy. Sometimes you can get a pretty good incite about a person listening to a discussion like this. Before retiring, I listened to a lot of CEO's and CFO's discuss business plans and the state of business. Some were deceptive, some straightforward....after a while, you get somewhat of a feel for which is which. My impression is that he did an excellent job explaining what the three prong strategy has been, and why, in a very forthright manner.I didn't detect any deception. I feel that he is honest, gutsy, and a visionary leading this sector of technology. Just wish to God that he could get the funding he needs to do the things he has visions of!! The approach of the "ticket 2" task force, led by the two ex-BellAtlantic employees, John Prisco and Bruce Kastraski, to set the rules on how MMDS would be used in the market place as a means of achieving the favorable FCC ruling was very well planned. But, if I understand the conversation correctly, they don't expect the final set of FCC rules to be announced until July at the next Wireless Cable Convention !! They can't wait this long for a strategic partner. Although very impressed with him, his frankness about the possibility of restructuring (which I take to be Chapter 11) was depressing, but we, of course, need to know that. I feel that it has become very likely that we shareholders might be sacrificed in the efforts to save the company, but I do feel that J.A. and CAI management are trying hard to keep this from happening. Neither will I sell my shares for .50!! I'm in until the fat lady sings...to the end. Good luck to all....by the way, Calvin, did the sick hampster get well? VanGo101...Van
