Seems yield curve should flatten out across the curve by summer 2019. So if that is comparable to summer 2006 the shit doesn't hit the fan for two more years in a perfect world. We both know it won't be that easy.. Watching NYC area RE too so good observation.. Also thinking how timing of this impacts the elections.

What about all the hot Chinese money bidding up properties that really wasn't so influential in 2006?I would think this would accelerate the downturn this time?
