We both got shafted, Bubba. As I see it, there can be a nice profit at this price of a fraction of a point, but not likely to get back to my buy in price for a long time. The law suits have to run their course, for example. There is the strong possibility that the company is guilty of fraud and until they're cleared, how strong can the stock price get? Like you, I sold last year and got the tax loss but the 30 days passed and I have so far not opted to buy back. Linda
