In yesterday's issue of The Outlook, S&P dropped Intel from its Platinum Portfolio - INTC went from 5 STARS to 4 STARS with a fair value price of $83.80. "Shares of leading microprocessor maker could come under near-term pressure as Wall Street analysts trim their earnings estimates. Stock remains attractive for long-term investors."

AMD chief financial officer Marvin Burkett said the company's
cash position will be affected by the 0.25-micron gamble.
"Certainly, for a while, cash is going to be tough," he said. "We
will deplete cash probably in Q1 and Q2."
