Vic, I agree. You will pay less taxes ONLY if it goes to the moon.
The new long term capital gains tax law will help you. Again, ONLY if it goes up. Remember, "A bird in the hand....."

<<I am one of those crazies who did not sell my .85 stock>>

Vic, I did not call you or anyone else on this board "A crazy".
I was referring to the idea of holding and never selling on the CHANCE it will go much higher. High risk--High reward (if it happens).

<<I have repeatedly added to my position at higher prices.>>

Wouldn't it have been nice to add but, to also have some cash left over or to be able to buy more shares.Vic, I am on your side.I beleive in FTEL, I went to the Demo, yah de yah de yah...All I am trying to do is have my cake and eat it too!

Gary
BTW...I will be paying christie too, I also live in New Jersey!

Vic -
FTEL has been simply a GREAT trading stock, and in my opinion that is to a large extent YOUR OWN DOING!
As I see it, You and Raleigh were telling everybody to hang on to their shares like grim death. You have a LOT of stroke on this board, and during rallies, adherence to this philosophy dried up the supply of stock, and made for HIGHER HIGHS.
When the peak came and guys like me and my son and daughter and Bob Z and Gary were selling, the ones who had had held on had all their money tied up and couldn't support the stock as it tumbled, so down she went, and we got LOWER LOWS. It was left to us traders and the rich guys and the few newbies - the only ones who had money - to support the stock by buying in and stopping the rot.
I'm sure you figured your advise was stabilizing the price and helping the company, but I think it did just the opposite. Anyway, it's all water under the bridge now. We're into the end game, and we'll know what we've got in another 2-3-4 weeks.
