Spank Re: Malaysia

My advice to you: stop worrying about this.

Start worrying if A) Iomega will report good earnings next week and 2) will they be rewarded for it.

If we don't get both, come the following Monday, I won't care about their Malaysian plant (cause I will have bailed).

The good news is that no one is selling their stock as volume has become ridiculously non-existent. The bad news is that the buyers will only come out when the price hits $11.

A very strange market we're in right now, wouldn't you agree?

Spank Re plant capacity:

Going from memory here, but there was a deal about 6 months ago where a duplicate facility was built next door to the existing one (literally doubling square feet of space), by a developer on speculation, and at the request of Iomega. Sounded at that time like the devoloper liked what they saw and took a chance to have it ready when and if needed.
