Is Schering Plough in a position to take some sort of remidial action? I understand that this is a touchy subject. Maybe not open to speculation?

I respect the anonymity of your sources. I'm just trying to get to the bottom of things in order to make money. I'm not on a mission. I don't care which way I make money on this. But I still think the balance lies in favor of Zonagen and the company line- no joke. But again, I have no ego on this one- I'll short it at the drop of a hat if I see good reason to expect it to go down. <<Schering Plough was misled about the formulation and the patent app!>> Again, I understand you are reluctant to identify by name the individuals with whom you spoke, but could you give a little colour as to the points in which they were allegedly misled? This seems to be different than what you said earlier, i.e. that just the marketing guys were in on the agreement, and no discussion whatsoever centered on the formulation of Vasomax. Now it seems you are suggesting that instead SGP was presented with information that was false- what was this (mis-) information? Thank you. Anaxagoras
