Someone could write a computer program that automatically
provides explanations for the day's market action after
close based on the DJIA point gain (or loss). :)
Some additional phrases would be "worry about Iraq",
"concern about inflation/deflation (pick one)",
"fear of the effect of SEA troubles" and
"nervousness about forthcoming Fed action".

This way the analysis could be ready 30 seconds after
market close and would be just as accurate and useful
as the explanations we get now.<g>
