given that oj can do it, not be convicted, then write a book about 'if i had done it', lose a civil trial, and then engage in armed robbery, makes an impossibly hard case to actually prove against k and obtain conviction

and so one must judge k by how he handles himself now, much like an election

just comes down to his record, positions, and body language

and so the impasse

the interesting thing is that the show has an end, makes for watching
