Read Replies (1) | Respond to of 219160 Tj, from the little I saw or read and more recently receiving hate mail against the Democrats or in support of the Republicans 5000 miles away from Washington DC, related to the lifelong candidacy of K on the US Supreme Court, and adding to all this the strident noise, emanating on this subject I definitely conclude that K must go home for the sake of this country of which I am also a citizen. It is irrelevant if the claims against him are true or not, what is relevant is the fact that half the nation based on their elected representatives, do not want him on the chair of a Supreme Court Judge. Base on my little knowledge about the man and the little I read about, there must be good reasons that he should leave his personal desires and pride at the door and be mature enough to realize that he represents a divisive personality, irrelevant to the factual truth. A Supreme Court Judge should be impartial to the most critical extent. His selfishness destroyed his own family harmony, such a character in my view does not deserve to be a Supreme Court Judge !!! K will not be an elected politician that if his judgment fails him, he will be removed from office, after 2 or 4 or 8 years. His character that was revealed from all the accusations, true or not, and his own conduct during his and others testimonies do not qualify him as a suitable lifelong Supreme Court Judge. K should better pack his bags an go home to a private attorney practice as he does not deserve to be a judge in any capacity, and I conclude this all, based on his conduct before the US Senate with all the accusations if true or false. For those in the know would be interesting to know how and if DNA methylations in K epigenetics had an influence on the whole process starting from his teenage period partying to today.
