Hi Joanie,

You make some great points (as always!).

Your FA of RADAF sounds on target, but I don't think just seasonality can explain a 30% drop in the stock price in just a month. (~18 1/2 -> ~13) I think this stock was hyped up a huge amount, up to where earnings were released which ended up not changing the FA picture much at all (IBD EPS ranking only went from a 75 to a 76); I think the asian connections are also part of the reason for the drop; isn't RADAF a Hong Kong company?
I think we should see the smart money start jumping back in right now, as the stock is back down to the valuation it had back when it started taking off in the beginning of may.
If RADAF drops further at this point, I'd have to say that there's something wrong fundamentally we don't know yet.

good luck to you too!

-dave

Joanie, again,

You can also throw AMZN into that strong retail category with ASHW. I have both of these in a 6 month buy and hold stock picking contest I entered this year. Nice cash prize with no $$ out of pocket. I like that kind of risk/reward ratio. Hmm, I geuss I should check on how the other 3 are doing. THQI is on the 56er radar screen and it may be time to give it a serious look.

See ya around!
