Tajiri Resources (TAJ-V) got kicked in the chops Oct 2nd 2018

A cease trade order was issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on Oct. 2, 2018, against Tajiri Resources Corp., for failing to file a preliminary prospectus and a prospectus for any of the distributions, and for failing to file a Form 45-106F1 report of exempt distribution that is required to be filed under Section 6.1 of National Instrument 45-106, Prospectus Exemptions, if it relied on any of the exemptions from the prospectus requirement listed in that section for any of the distributions.

Upon revocation of the cease trade order, the company's shares will remain suspended until the company meets TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
