Thanks for the info JH. Good post.

I wonder IF(wild ass speculation) it might be possible to develop a "standard" for communication between BTC and AGT devices. This would allow for a mixed bag at any location. People (espcially gamblers) are a superstitious lot and I'm sure that both units would have people that swore by them. Good for both companies - ???

Best of luck,
George

Did anyone see this? Here are some highlights, with the link at the end.

Effective as of December 17, 1998, Robert C. Silzer, Jr. resigned as a director of the registrant for personal reasons; he continues to serve as an executive officer.

Robert L. Hunziker has been appointed a director. Mr. Hunziker, age 53, is a self-employed financial and business adviser, primarily for start up and development stage companies, for the past five years. For 18 years prior thereto, he was affiliated with various investment banking firms, as a principal or partner.

Also, I spoke too soon, with statements of issuance of more shares. But, I am not sure if they are new or not, because they say as of December 29, 1997. I am going to check into that.
