Stephen -- I used to follow PKD as an analyst on the Street. (Left the rat race a couple of years ago to trade my own account full time.) The family that owns this company runs it top notch. They are experts at their niche business and I've never known them to get sidetracked. They're creative and nervy in their relationships with bankers -- during the worst of the 80s downturn, they offered to turn over all their rigs rather than be penalized for still having cash flow when banks were being more lenient with other drillers in worse financial shape. They won major concessions by calling the bank's bluff. Of course, they have no control over gas prices, but I would give high marks to the management in every other aspect. Good luck. I bought back in the day the eps was announced. Hope we get a good ride. --Ariella
