No, he/she didn't "go to the bathroom" at 3:59. I sold 2K NE reported at 4:01 on an unexpected uptick of 1/8th. I believe the unbalance was absorbed in the last minute or two. I do not know how

Teddy,
I just wrote a longer version but accidentally hit my control
button and cut my connection. I really dont think it
is any more than market orders that didnt get matched.
perhaps the specialist would have matched but probably
will tommorrow.

Why dont you email Cramer and ask him , he probably will
give you a correct technical answer.Pls let me know if he does.
