Randy: Just got off the phone with Ed Molina and Orest...In answer to your questions:

>>>Does he have any valid explanation as to why there was so much stock churned at these prices.

He believes that Mr Gordon Lee (and his share position) has been the individual primarily responsible for bringing the share value back down to this level...IMHO: Everybody needs a scapegoat when things are going wrong...

>>>Does he anticipate having to travel to or communicate with China in the near future? And if so will this be an ongoing endeavour?
<<<

Apparently they had to go back again last Monday...The technician that was supposed to accompany them couldn't make it...With the advent of the Chinese New Year (at the end of this month) the trip has been put off until the middle of February...

>>>Does Rogers have any reason to pursue a working relationship with USA Video Interactive or has the MOU been put on hold?<<<

We should be hearing something on that within the next 2 - 3 weeks...

>>>Is a financing in the works or do they have to start from scratch to raise money re The private placement of 6,250,000 units at $0.18 of November 6 1997 will not be proceeding. And if financing is in the works will it likely be a privatement placement? <<<

Apparently meetings are set up with a finacial institution in New York for next Friday...

<<<Is the deal with Callisto Media Systems in jeopardy.<<<

Absolutely not...

>>>When does he anticipate a signed order as opposed to letters of intent or MOU's?<<

Didn't get a chance to ask him...Got off on another tangent and my other line was going crazy...

My question to him was...

>>>With all these great things going on with the company when can we expect a realistic share price?...<<<

Upcoming news releases will reflect the value of the shares...We are building a company for the long term, not the short term...

...ed

PS: Randy, sounds like we just finished hearing the same story a few months ago, only that one has actual revenues...
