Nope. Republicans gutted it big time and in the most horrible way. That is why you are seeing 50% increases for 2018 and now 60% increases for 2019 premiums. It's all because of the holes Republicans drilled into ACA. They are screwing hard working Americans big time and taking massively more out of the American working class pocket than the bread crumbs they gave with their tax scam.
