GE actually gave a clear upside breakout signal this past week, it should be interesting to see if this continues... It closed on Friday at 13.18, I I bought at 13.17 which seems high but I wanted to see it clear all the overhead hurdles, and if it continues to rally then it will turn out to be a great entry... my exit stop is at 12.80... a minimal risk and will try again on another breakout attempt if this one fails... GZ
