"They do offer classes for dumb adults in the evening" Unfortunately he's not an "adult" in his behaviour, so they probably won't accept him .... I would say that he should rather seek psychiatric help due to his serious "MENTAL" condition .... A good confirmation of his state (or lack of) mind can be ascertained by the "company" that he keeps, which one can confirm by his "buddies" on this board .... Shame .... if it wasn't so sad, it would really be Funny !!!
