One thing I've learned... a lot of you guys in the medical profession are nut-jobs. For some reason I used to think/assume that doctors, because they are doctors, had their sh*t together. Then my eyes were opened.

There is no conclusive evidence that lifestyle behaviors, including diet, can prevent Alzheimer's. Not only will you not find the Keto diet in the Blue Zones ... they warn against them.

For those who don't know what the Blue Zones are --- Blue Zones are regions of the world where people live much longer than average.

I live in California, and thankfully, we are able to check on the performance of Doctors (as well as contractors, real estate agents, etc). I had a wacky Dr. awhile back, argued with him all the time. He was always right. He was right -- RIGHT UP UNTIL THE MEDICAL BOARD REVOKED HIS LICENSE. Then, at age 55 he had a heart attack and died.

The brain is an organ, and just like your heart, lungs, liver, etc., it can become diseased, and the type and severity of the disease, as well as whether or not it can be successfully treated varies.

diseases can be cruel and inexplicable.
