If we're going to talk hypothetically about IDT being a buyout candidate, who comes to mine as a possible suiter?

Have any ideas as to what would be a fair price if IDT was to be bought by someone else?

Takeover?

I've been thinking this for some time as a possible
explanation of the, what I perceive as, low key approach
by IDT management. NO idea by who or, even if for sure,
but this has been my private theory for the last 12 months.
