Why would anyone want to buy it now when it can be had for lot less later? Anyone interested in buying would wait to see what CA does when time to pay back arrives? IMHO, of course.

$65M is around 1 time annual revenue.

Why is the offer has to be cash???

I would not mind a stock deal from another software company
that is fairly valued. (Example: DOCSF/FULCF).
