You should read Fallon and Heard's CVs to see who is more qualified to integrate the companies. It's not even close.

They may ask Fallon to resign by the end of the week. He has not been a good steward of shareholder value. Glad he owns a ton himself. At least I know it has attention and he feels some pain.
