They pre-announced the fourth quarter in early December. I do not have the time frame down, but will try to call them today and get a whole lot more information.
You are right about them having the cash to buy the float right now. They also announced a 200,000 share buyback last week to be completed by June (?) I believe.
I will post more once I have had a chance to talk with the company.

Can anyone speak to their technology in detail? What are the specifics. What DBMS, what programming language, what differentiates their products? Any comments? If indeed they have something to be proud of what is it?
