Try it or Clear the slate But just try this, clear the slate totally. Forget everything you have read about him or heard about him. Put all that aside and actually listen to him. If you can do this for five minutes you will see that I am right. He is like a hybrid between Chauncey Gardener, Tony Robbins and the Master of Laketown. The Chauncey part is real and unfortunately is often in charge. I can go back and dig up the old posts where I pointed out that the invasion of Iraq and subsequent collapse of the Iraqi state would destabilize the Middle East for the next twenty years. I said that on the President George W Bush thread, I think. It is there somewhere. Doesn't make me smart.
