Hi Paul: Novonyx employees claim they "have lost faith in Novell."techweb.com According to an article in Internet Week, Novonyx employees in an E-Mail doc state, "We did things Novell never has been able to do... Novell wanted to show us who was boss." Hmmm. Not a happy camper. What a slap in the face to Eric and the good ol' boys. Makes it sound like there are a bunch of lazy louts at corporate headquarters. Wonder if the author is merely pissed and in the mood to slander or if it is the case that the main office is still not up to speed. Let's face it the review of Moab was devastating and as usual the apparently lame PR department hasn't orchestrated any visible reply in the rags. Stealth forever. Here in California we have a plumber who puts out an obnoxious commercial that says "Addee doo." He's only a plumber like Schmidt like professes to be , but there are probably more people that know his product than BorderManager!( By the way, if this is an incorect name, it's because I haven't read that much about it. Wonder why? It's a great product ain't it?) Let's keep it on the executive lunch circuit so no small businesses know what the product is. Makes sense to me...especially if I'm a PR exec on the martini circuit. Come on, tell me I'm wrong. Show the shareholders something in the press other than employees stating Novell is lame. Frederick (are you there?), if things are as good as you say, why isn't Novell spreading the word. They put all kinds of s..t on their web page, but not in the rags and the mags where IT and small business people can see it. Why is Novell so chicken s... when it comes to getting the word out? Man, I get sick of the slap in the face that the press continually gives Novell. Even if Novell sells product, its still a matter of huge lost sales because there is a complete image vacuum. Down what rathole does the PR money go, anyway? Its called doing business and not merely making toys. Just an opinion. Lawrence
