Unless we see a transcript of the meeting, we are'nt going to know exactly what was said-It's possible to have attended the meeting and taken some of the positive news out of context or blown up in the exuberance of the moment. It has not been the norm in the past for Bill or the Company to overstate their case, rather the opposite has been true but I would like to see the issue clarified.

Well Joe I think that you know what happened. James probably heard no such thing. James cannot be held responsible for remembering every exact word that he heard and reporting it exactly as he heard it here. Furthermore whatever he heard, he is also gone for the rest of the week so, you won't get an answer from him. I mean are you really worried? Seems to me that the market reacted positively to the quarterly report. That was a positive reaction, wasn't it? You want to know what Bill said at the annual meeting about upcoming quarterly results for sure? Call the company and ask. How about this idea? Next year you go yourself. Otherwise, why don't you sit back and enjoy your profit. Regards, Jeff

Dear Joe, In response to your rather reactive and hasty conclusion concerning my report of what Bill said regarding revenues. It's apparent to me that your idea of preceding year and mine are not the same. To me the preceding year ended November 1996, and therefore what Bill said, is CORRECT. So, if you are not careful when jumping to conclusions, and I might add that your comments most always seem to be to the negative, some people may "begin" to "suspect", that you may be a "little" irrational or perhaps even arrogant. Or could it be that you're one of those poor unhappy souls that can be labeled eternally pessimistic. So, take a nerve pill or something and loosen up a little. NOW TO EVERYONE ELSE: If my post was not clear enough, I apologize. The last thing I want is to mislead anyone. I have the highest regards for my fellow OZON'rs and appreciate those that are able to give factual and informative information, whether it be positive or negative. BEST TO ALL: JLB
