Hay4brains is a proven woman hater (especially strong powerful and intelligent women such as in Trumps family and on other threads here) and likes to watch animals doing their thing. He also brags about enjoying burning American flags. Other than hanging out around bus stations, he's not on any wanted lists that I know about except maybe in some big city bath houses. (not that there is anything wrong with that) You don't want to get to close to him for the sake of vermin like infected fleas and tick and infectious diseases spread by airborne spores and viruses.
