It looks to me like Amon has options expiring that he previously arranged to exercise/sell under his personal 10b5-1 plan instituted, of course, when he had no Material Non-Public Information. It is silly that anyone believes such a sale is indicative of an executive's real opinion of his firm's stock. Another activity that spooks some is the bi-annual vesting of restricted shares, which impacts all employees including execs. This tax event automatically causes the firm to sell a portion of the employee's newly vested shares to satisfy tax withholdings requirements.
