Yeah, that would hit a very strong support level on one of my charts and match a clx turn. Not sure we'll see it which is why I never do all or nothing. I haven't checked the accuracy of each line here as it is a working chart... we're at my strong blue support line but the yellow band would fit your 5 to 10% more and get on the order of the 2015/16 14% double declines.
