As of 12/26/96 the date of ashmans's last filing he had direct ownership of 134,000sh. A/o 3/3/97 Santora had direct ownership of
46,700 sh. I believe this info is accurate but do not guarantee it's
still correct.

Edward, Ashman registered another 30,000 shares, for a total of 50,000 registered in all.

From reading all of the fevered vows of faith around here today in the face of daunting odds, I feel like I'm either at the Battle of the Bulge or on the Titanic -- riding in steerage, with the rest of the CAWS shareholders.
