And yes there is more. I don't know if anyone mentioned Specialty Teleconstructors.

I got the lead on this from Go2Net's stock site. They have a great little analysis column called "Cousin Bob". Nice periodic updates on companies, what a rush, someone who actually follows stories.

Anyway the reason for investing in SCTR (last at $14, market cap $110 mil, trailing P/E 28) can be summed up in 2 words: PCS Rollout (4 words?). The rollout of PCS ain't gonna stop. A competitor has released some disappointing earnings and of course the global crisis has everyone on edge but SCTR should do well in the coming years.

Notice 1-yr. sales change--290%.
Debt: very small.
Price/sales: around 1.5-1.8
EPS estimates: very little analyst coverage. stocksite.com expects FY 1999 EPS to come in at $1.05...therefore a P/E of just under 14 for 1999. Annual growth rate est. at 30% over 3 years.

Strategy? Buy on dips!

Cousin Bob has a great track record. Could it be because he does his homework on high growth techstocks?
