No state tax here in Florida either, but the dentists sure are pricy. Thinking of having the work done in Virginia for a whole lot less.
We don't get paid a resident bonus here, as they figure we're going to stay anyway.

I live in Texas. There is no state income tax and the bonus is, IT's WARM. :-)
