'I certainly want to take care of my eyesight."

No wheat, no corn , no sugar..

50,000 iu D3 daily.

In 2013 I was diagnosed with Glaucoma as my interoccular pressure went to 29.

I was given the choice of laser holes drilled into the back of my eyes to relive the pressure

or 4 different eyedrops to use 4 times a day for the rest of my life.

Read all about glaucoma and the advice was eliminate all sugar in diabetic patients.

The eye surgeon laughed at me when I told him, also went to another eye surgeon who also laughed at me.

I was going to go the no sugar route, and both said "that will not work."

In 2 months me Interocular pressure was 21.

In one year it had dropped to 13.

I was also told I had cataracts that needed to get ripe before they could be removed.

My cataracts have not progressed now for over 5 years.
