Well, Socialism and Communism leads to corruption. The only way to get ahead in those environments is through your relationships. It's who you know. You can be a hard worker and performer and it means nothing. So bribes and corruption become a way of life. Eventually, it leads to collapse. Those types of governments never are more successful in the long run than Democratic Capitalist countries. So do you blame a Chinese person who moved from China to another country for being corrupt? It's how they were raised and it's what they know. I remember when I was a tech exec in a large company in the US, one of our greatest issues was the Chinese theft going on. Chinese companies and the Chinese government have a systemic and pervasive ongoing campaign of theft from the US. It is nothing but predation. That's why I support Trump 100% in his tariffs against China. That is the very least we should be doing. If Trump could get Congress off their dead asses to do something more, then maybe we could have a more comprehensive approach to combating China's predatory practices. Until then, I applaud Trump for doing what he can with the limited tools he has.
