She did it at least 8 times, from 1986-1994, in annual reports by the Association of American Law Schools (AALS). Warren was listed as a minority faculty member. She was a professor at Texas and then Penn (I believe) during this time. She said later she did it to meet other Native Americans but that's not possible since the listing only says "minority", not what kind (black, NA, etc). She also said she told Harvard after she was hired, but for some strange, inexplicable reason stopped listing herself as "minority" in the AALS directory after she joined Harvard.

zero evidence she used it for her career.


It was a listing in a professional directory. Her reason for doing it (meeting other NAs) doesn't hold up. So why'd she do it?
