Israel moved away from Socialism back in the 80's because it was stifling them and they were smart enough to figure it out. They are now one of the premier innovation centers for software. That's Capitalism and well they know it. The Israelis are one hell of an innovative and Capitalistic culture. They've had to be to survive all the shit thrown at them from everyone around them. As for Europe, yes, they are Socialist alright. Look at their economy. It's a f_cked up mess. Europe has never been as competitive as the US economy. Why is that? BECAUSE they are Socialist. What is it about you libtards that you are unable to connect dots that are so simple to connect?
