(NASDAQ:BNGO) today announced that, effective immediately, Greg Wilson has resigned as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company to pursue other endeavors. Mr. Wilson is the founder of the Company and under his leadership American Bingo grew from one bingo center in 1987 to a successful public company that today produces well over $10 million in annual revenues. Mr. Wilson will continue to serve as a consultant to the Company on bingo and gaming matters. The Company's Board has appointed Courtland L. Logue, Jr. as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Logue will also remain as Chairman of the Board.
