The individual I talked with the other day was Lee Montellero. He never indicated he was leaving the company, although I found him very candid, positive, and upbeat. I thought Shiver brought him in, and I don't know why this isn't working out. It may be that they have kept this Torrance office open, and are expanding their network in California, and one of the new guys (really someone who has been with the company) lives down there in southern California. If they had asked Montellero to move, he probably would not want to do that. Bottom line is I don't know the answer. I like the direction of the company since Shiver has come on board. Subscribers are the name of the game, and the acquisition of Wireless Plus in Hayward doubled the number of Intek subscribers. I think Shiver can get on a roll, and pick up these smaller companies and move it very quickly, so the subscriber number in 6 months is very respectable. That is how Wall Street will react/ along with the belief in the 220mhz technology in the US, which will soon become the norm in Europe.
